300MbpsFor home offices and shop lots with 1 to 5 devices, including payment terminals. Same speed for upload and download, with a WiFi 6 router.
600MbpsFor retail and mall outlets with 5 to 10 devices, payment terminals and CCTV. Comes with a WiFi 6 router and mesh node.
1GbpsFor small offices of up to 5 staff with 10 to 20 devices and daily video meetings. Comes with a WiFi 7 router and WiFi 6 mesh node.
2GbpsFor medium offices, cafes and restaurants with 20 or more devices. Uses 10G PON fibre with a 2.5GE port, a high-end router and mesh. Selected locations only.

Lower price for 6 monthsThe 600Mbps, 1Gbps and 2Gbps plans get a monthly discount on 6 full bills, then move to the standard price for the rest of the contract.
When it startsYour first bill is pro-rated at the standard price. The discount begins from the first full monthly bill.
How long it runsTIME lists sign-ups from 14 September 2026 to 13 March 2027, unless TIME ends it sooner.

Good to know before you choose

Biz Ultra pricing needs a 24-month contract. Upgrades are possible from the 13th month with a new 24-month contract, but downgrades are not allowed during the contract.
TIME’s free first month is for sign-ups made on TIME’s own website, so it is not part of registering through us.

What you need to register

A copy of the MyKad of the person signing, or a passport if they are not Malaysian.
Local company: Form 9.
Foreign-registered company: Form 79, 80, 80a, 83 or 83a, plus a refundable RM500 deposit.
NGO, association or cooperative: the Certificate of Practice from the relevant authority.
For Auto Debit: a copy of the front of your credit card for verification.

Fees and fine print

Prices exclude 6% SST.
Leaving before the 24 months are up means paying for the remaining months. If you leave during the 6 discounted months, the charge is worked out at the standard price.
Cancelling needs 30 days’ notice to TIME.
Some buildings charge a one-time special building requirement fee, which TIME adds to the first bill.
If you move, TIME can relocate the line where it has coverage. Your monthly fee stays the same even if the new site only gets a lower speed.

Is TIME available at my office or shop?

Does Biz Ultra include a fixed IP?

No. A fixed IP is a monthly add-on, and TIME offers up to 5. Tell us in the notes when you register and we include it.

Can I get Biz Ultra without a 24-month contract?

Biz Ultra is on a 24-month contract. If you need a shorter term, tell us and we will ask TIME what it can offer for your premises.

Is a voice line included?

Yes. Each plan includes one voice line for local calls, charged as you use it. Overseas calls are not included. You can add more lines if you need them.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

You can upgrade from the 13th month, which starts a new 24-month contract. Downgrades are not allowed during the 24-month contract.

Can I sign up through a dealer?

Yes. TIME lists authorised dealers as a way to subscribe to its business fibre. You pay TIME’s official price, and we handle the paperwork and registration.

Can my existing TIME business line move to Biz Ultra?

Yes, subject to eligibility. If you are under contract, you can upgrade to a faster Biz Ultra plan, and a new 24-month contract applies. For home use, see our TIME home fibre page.
