Postpaid rebateRM10 off every month for 24 months on 300Mbps and above, if you have a CelcomDigi Postpaid plan of RM60 or more under the same MyKad or passport. It can take up to 60 days to show on your bill.
Free 3 monthsA 3-month rebate on new fibre plans, running from 5 October 2026 until further notice. CelcomDigi’s terms list its stores and website as sign-up channels, so we confirm at registration whether it applies to you.

How CelcomDigi fibre installation works

Standard installation covers up to 100 metres of fibre cable from the nearest distribution point and up to 2 metres of network cable to the router.
Extra fibre cable is RM50 for every 5 metres, charged once on your bill.
Trenching, concealed or over-roof cabling is arranged and paid for directly with the installer.
Rescheduling with less than 2 working days’ notice, cancelling after the date is set, or no one being home can cost RM200.

Moving houseRM200 per relocation, and the contract restarts at 24 months.
DepositNon-Malaysians pay RM300.
Processing feeA one-time RM10 on your first bill.
Changing planUpgrades keep your contract. Downgrades start a new 24 months and are not allowed while you are on a mesh node or premium router contract.
RouterYou keep it when the service ends. A faulty router is replaced free during the contract.

How do I check CelcomDigi fibre coverage?

Send us your address and we check CelcomDigi and the other providers for you, free, and reply the same working day. See our CelcomDigi coverage guide.

Who can sign up for CelcomDigi Fibre?

Anyone aged 18 or over at an address CelcomDigi covers. You need a MyKad, MyPR or a passport valid for at least 24 months. Non-Malaysians pay a RM300 deposit.

When does the Postpaid rebate start?

It can take up to 60 days to appear, so you may pay the full amount on your first two bills. It then runs until the 24th month as long as your Postpaid line stays at RM60 or more.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrades are free and keep your current contract. Downgrades start a new 24-month contract, and you cannot downgrade while you are on a mesh node or premium router contract.

Can I add my own mesh system?

CelcomDigi’s TP-Link router supports EasyMesh, so it pairs with TP-Link Archer models that support it. TP-Link Deco units use a different system and will not pair. CelcomDigi’s own Home Mesh add-on is sold in store.

What kind of IP address do I get?

CelcomDigi Fibre runs on a private dynamic IP. If you need a public or fixed IP for a server or CCTV, tell us and we confirm the options at registration.

What if fibre is not available at my home?
