How CelcomDigi coverage checks work

Unlike the other providers, CelcomDigi does not show an instant fibre result. On its home fibre page, you fill in your name, mobile number, email and the plan you want, and a CelcomDigi fibre agent gets in touch to confirm whether your address is covered. CelcomDigi also lists a phone line for fibre enquiries on weekdays.

If you would rather not wait for a call back, send us your address. We check CelcomDigi together with Unifi, TIME and Maxis and reply on WhatsApp within the same working day.

If CelcomDigi fibre is not at your address

Another provider’s fibre may already reach your street, or a 5G home plan such as Unifi Air or Maxis 5G Home WiFi can cover you with no cable. We check all of them in one go, so you can compare what is actually available to you.

Is there an instant CelcomDigi fibre coverage checker?

At the time of writing, CelcomDigi asks you to register your interest and a fibre agent confirms coverage with you. We can check it for you and reply the same working day.

Do existing CelcomDigi postpaid customers pay less for fibre?

CelcomDigi offers a monthly rebate on its fibre plans for postpaid customers. You can see the rebate on our CelcomDigi fibre page.
